We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it within 1–3 business days. For ready products, dispatch usually takes 3–5 working days, while customized handbag orders may take 10–15 working days depending on design complexity and workload.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep. Delivery times may vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In case your package is delayed or damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partners.
