If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the product. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or store credit (as applicable) at no extra cost.

Please note that custom-made handbags and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are crafted exclusively based on your design preferences. Minor variations in size, color, or texture are natural in handmade products and are not considered defects.

Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order, provided production has not started. After this period, or once crafting begins, the order cannot be canceled.

We take every effort to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. However, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
