All our products are 100% handmade using premium-quality yarns. As each item is crafted individually, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur — these are not defects but signs of genuine handmade artistry.

We strive to represent products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and display settings.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
We use secure third-party payment gateways for all online transactions. Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time: 7–10 business days after order confirmation.
For custom handbags, delivery may take longer depending on design and order volume.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and order details.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as applicable.

Please note:

Custom orders (handbags) and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them — only if production has not started. Custom handbag orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yarn World Crochet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
